Kickstart Your Career Change
A Powerful 4-Week Group Coaching Experience
New Online Session Starting March 21, 2012 (New dates on Wednesdays instead of Thursdays)
Kickstart Your Career Change is for you, if you’re:
- A professional woman feeling stuck.
- Wondering if now is the time to make a change.
- Unhappy with your job.
- Wondering if you should move on.
- Wanting more meaning, purpose, or just something different.
- Asking yourself, “What should I do next? . . . How do I get started?”
What It’s About:
In this intensive, 4-session process, you’ll work in a small group of like-minded women who are all working on figuring out the work they’re meant to do.
You’ll get clear on what makes you tick: your strengths, values, priorities, and passions, then take steps to determine how and where you can get more of what you want in your work.
"The course helped me look at questions important to my life and career that I tend to forget about or dismiss. It also gave me tangible tools and goals to move forward. "
After this Virtual Course, You Can Expect That You Will:
- Have a deeper understanding of yourself: your values, strengths, priorities, and callings.
- Experience greater confidence about the work you’re meant to do.
- Have taken solid steps forward to make powerful changes in your life.
- Have a plan to keep moving you forward.
- Experience the feeling of being fully supported by Heather and a group of women who are committed to doing work that’s meaningful.
"The most important thing I took away was how to be present in my decision making and incorporate my core values into all aspects of my life. Heather brought great energy, warmth, and inspiration to the course. I came away feeling empowered to keep moving forward on my path."
How it Works:
The Kickstart Your Career Change course is entirely virtual. It’s based on phone, written, and online formats so that you can participate from anywhere in the world, and in a way that works with your busy schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get the recordings if I can’t attend the class calls live?
While I hope you can participate in the live calls to get the maximum benefit, if you can’t make it, you can still listen to recordings, which will always be posted right away. You’ll still get to participate fully in the program and can always ask your questions or participate in discussions via the online forum.
I’m not sure that I want to be part of a group?
You know yourself best, and here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Past participants have said that the best part of the experience was feeling like they weren’t alone because they had the support of a group of like-minded students working toward similar goals.
- The program is designed to allow time for each person to reflect on their own career questions and get their questions answered in a way that each person feels heard.
- The online forum provides an additional way to ask questions and get feedback.
I’m not sure if I’m in the right place for this program. How do I know if I’m ready?
It’s a great question. This is not a program for everyone. This is a program for women who :
- have a desire to make a significant impact through their work
- are just getting started thinking about different options for how they want to make an impact
- have some ideas about what their path could look like, but aren’t sure what direction to take
- know what they want to do next, but need support getting started
- want a supportive community, tools, and training to help move toward the work they’re meant to do.
